Everything You Need to Know

What is your return policy?

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it. We do however recommend sizing up if you're unsure on fit or we can send you the measurements for accurate sizing.


Note:

✔     Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges. 

✔     We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.

✔     All ITEMS purchased at Baby & Beyond are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund

✔     To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

✔     Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure

✔     Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return

✔     Please take time read through our Refund Policy, for more information on how much you may expect to receive for a return.

What is your refund policy?

1. If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
2. If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the Original Cost of the items.

3. The Order’s Shipping Fee won’t be included in refunds. We also don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may have resulted from shipping the returned items.
Note: For your Security, refunds will only be transferred back to the Original Mode of Payment you used when placing your order. For situations that may need refunds transferred to another Account, we would be happy to provide the refund as a Voucher instead.

What are the payment options?

We accept Paypal and all major Debit Card payments.
Just follow payment instructions at check out.
We also have a card machine for chip & pin or contactless payment on collection. Cash payments are welcome too.

Handling & Postage

We keep all of our stock at home for a fast and reliable service, we also offer social distancing collections from the doorstep. 

Collection of stock will be ready next day or same day if ordered before 5pm.

Postage of orders is done same day if ordered before 3pm, any orders after will be despatched next day. We do not post on Sunday's but can still get orders ready for the following Monday.
